The annual “Marcha por la Vida” walk to raise funds for Spain’s most important cancer research and support charity, AECC, is taking place on October 23 at 11.00.

The walk begins in the Plaza del Convento (where the weekly market is held in the town of Mazarrón) and registration is on the day itself in the same place, beginning at 9.00. The 7-euro fee for taking part will be donated entirely to the AECC, and on completing the route participants are to be offered an aperitif.
