This Saturday 21 July will start the festivities in honor to Santiago Apóstol in the small local area of IFRE-Pastrana that will be until Wednesday 25, day of the patron of this small area and also of Spain. The events will start at 21:00 h. when the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, with the council of Festivities, Isidro Coy; say some words to the neighbors of this area to start these festivities in which this year predominates the music. After the opening there will be various performances among whcih are the group of sevillanas “San Juan Bautista” of Morata and Fabián “El Pinilla”. Also it will carry out a charityl raffle.

On Sunday 22 the events will start at 9:30 h. with a championship of petanca, and later a big paella during whose taste the  Festival Committee will give refreshing beer to the attendees. At night, from  21:30 h., returns the music and the shows with the performances of the “Cuadrilla de Morata” and  “Francisquillo” and his  companion. During the evening may also enjoy of the best “young music”, there will be also a charaty raffle and will make the election of Miss Visitant.

On Monday 23 July the sport will be the protagonist with the celebration of the championship of indoor youth football from 19:00 h., and indoor junior football from  21 h.. Both will be held  in the sport courts of Pastrana. On Tuesday 24 July returns the music and the shows from 21:30 h. Also will be held a contest of crumbs for which the Festival Committee will provide the flour and the oil and in which there will be gifts for all the pans that participate.

On Wednesday 25, day of  Santiago Apóstol, is honored the patron from 19:30 h. with a mass, floral offering and a nice procession for the places of Pastrana in which participate a large number of neighbors. From 21:30 h. the show returns to become in protagonist with some performances among which highlights the show of  Juan “El Sevillano” ans his group of spanish song . A charity raffle and the handing over of the awards of the championships of this year will put the end to the festivities of IFRE-Pastrana  2012.
