The Plenary of Mazarrón Town Hall approved yesterday initially and for unanimity the Regulatory Ordinance for the denomination of the pathways and public areas of Mazarrón, as well the numeration of the properties of the town. To the problems existing in the town, above all in the rural areas, for the absence of  names in some streets or the wrong numeration of the houses, the town hall has decided to undertak a plan that puts order to all the urban spectrum  and giving special attention in the small local areas, as well in some urbanizations of Mazarrón Port.

For Mazarrón Mayor, Ginés Campillo, “this initiative will improve the service that the town hall and the other administrations give to the citizens because will have information, not only updated, also new information in many cases in which the denomination of the pathways or numeration of the properties doesn´t exist”. Once that the approval be published in the official Bulletin  of Murcia Region (BORM), will be  opend the term of public exposition during which can be presented the allegations that be considered appropriate.

The Plenary also approved the renunciation of the number stands 15, 18 and 19 of the  Mercado de Abastos (Food Market) of Cresta del Gallo and the number stand 10 of  Plaza de Abastos of  Mazarrón Port. The council of Commerce, Isidro Coy, clarified that the renunciation of the stand of Port was for a retirement of the owner, while that the renunciations of Mazarrón “are due to different circumstances and are reflection of the mistake and of the mismanagement of the previous government team and of the ex – Mayor, Francisco Blaya”.

The current Government Team regretted “the critical situation that suffer the traders of Cresta del Gallo by a wrong and totalitarian decision of the spokesman of the Popular Municipal Group” and bet  “for going on to support and promoting the local trade to face to the difficult economic situation that we current suffer”. In this way, can be highlighted that it was approved the cession of the stands  14 and 15 of Plaza de Abastos of Port to the mercantile “Ballesta Sánchez S.L.U.” for that they can start their economic activity.

Other of the points that was approved by unanimity was to reject the application of nullity of proccedings presented against the town hall, after that the Law Council of Murcia Region has issued a report about the sanctioning expedient  196/2.004 in which it gives the reason to the Town Hall, removing it to the applicants. Also got the support of all the councils of the Plenary the initial approval of the Regulation of internall system of the Center of Infant Development and Atención Temprana (Early Attention)  (CDIAT) that gives service to the children between 0 and 6 years of the town. The Plenary closed its approvals giving outputting to a motion of the Popular Municipal Group in which urges to the Spain Government to elaborate in a plan in defense of the equality of the Woman face to the existing divergences  in labor remuneration, as well in support to the reconciling work and family life.
