The Plenum of the Town Hall of Mazarrón passed yesterday definitely the budgets for 2012. With this approval also was passed the list of jobs (RPT) and the municipal staff where it was included an allegation  presented by the syndicates UGT, CCOO, CSI-CSIF Y SIME. As stated the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, “it is a realistic budget in which we enhance the services that are provided directly to the citizen as Social Politic, Security, Education and Culture are benefited for getting 290.000 euros, 36.815 euros, 246.000 euros and 27.000 euros more respectively this year”.

Also with this approval “not only we get to ensure the public services that were provided from the Town Hall, also we ensure the continuity of all the workers that compose the staff of the town hall”. The approval of this budget will let the execution of different works in infrastructures and some of them will make in small local areas and rural areas. In this sense, also was liberated a concession of extraordinary credit of works not executed to carry out the construction of a roundabout that gives access to the sports complex of the Media Legua for value of 300.000 euros, and the adequacy and improvement of the surface and infrastructures of Mar de Irlanda street for valur of 193.000 euros.

Also it was passed initially the regulation that will regulete the Service of Public Passenger Transport. As explained the council of Citizen Participation, David Fernández, “the initial approval of this regulation, to which you can now present allegations, is the previous step for the redaction of conditions through which this service will be adjudged”. With this regulation “we will put order in this service which is not even bid, for that the public transport in Mazarrón be more effective, set new routes and even arrive to the small local areas”. Citizen Paticipation also got the initial approval, by unanimity, of the Acuerdo-Marco that will regulate the local volunteer.

Other of the aspects that needed an order and whose regulation also was passed initially  was the local register of couples. In this regulation passed by unanimity is explained “the requirements, rights and obligations of this kind of unions and responds to the needs put by the municipal secretariat in this sense ”. Finally was also passed by unanimity a motion of Izquierda Unida – Los Verdes in which urges to  Segura Hydrographic Confederation (CHS), the Demarcation of Coasts of the State and the general direction of de Natural Environment of the Autonomous Community to carry out the needed projects to improve the security quickly and efficiently.
