The board of Government has approved during its two last sesions important agreements that have been known today by the first Deputy Mayor, Francisco García. Between them highlight the extinction of the usufruct constituted for “Ateneo Cultural Mazarrón” Association on the first floor of the emblematic Casino building situated in the Town Hall square. García has told that  “now that the building belongs completely  to the Town Hall, we will proceed to enter on it to check in which state is the building and can make a comprehesive valuation”. the idea is that, once made the report about its state, can be studied the technical and economic solutions to carry out its restoration.

Also, the board of Government has approved two proposals for that the students of Nancy University  (Francia) and of the formative action “Elementary Bussiness Finance” can make training practices in the Town Hall. The first proposal is an agreement practices, while the second one is a private agreement of educational cooperation. Also has been adjudged the supply by lease with option to buy of three cars, brand Seat Altea, for the Local Police of Mazarrón.

Also it has been ceded the use of a plot to Iberdrola in la Media Legua for setting a transformer that provides light and electricity to the sport equipments and facilities of the Ciudad Deportiva and, in Urbanismo (town planning), we have to highlight that it has been approved definitely the Urban Action program corresponding to the industrial polygon “La Charca”. In this way the Town Hall is still working hardly to put in order  in the municipal urbal planning.

Finally, Francisco García has explained that it has been assumed the proposal of the contracting table to adjudge the control service and security guard of the exhibition areas of the town. Before that this service starts and exceptionally, the Town Hall has made an effort for that the Factoría Romana de Salazones (Roman fish salting factory), and the Center of Interpretation of the Phoenician Ship and the Tower of Horses can be opened this Saturday 17th from 10 to 13 h, Sunday 18th from 10 to 13 h. and from 17 to 20 h. and Monday 19th – San José festivity - also from 10 to 13 h., betting in this way for the culture and the tourism before the arrival of visitors due to the local celebrations of Port.
