The Town Hall of Mazarrón is subsidizing a skiing weekend in Sierra Nevada, the southernmost ski resort in Europe, between March 3 and 5 for local residents, with preference being given to those aged between 16 and 35.

The fixed price of the trip is 170 euros including transport, two nights of accommodation (half-board) and ski pass, while for 250 euros the package also includes equipment hire and three hours of classes (skiing or snowboarding) on both the Saturday and the Sunday.
